This page explains how personal information you submit through the contact form on this website is handled. It applies only to the website. Information shared in the course of psychotherapy is governed separately by professional and legal confidentiality (HPCSA ethical rules and South African law).
What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, and the contents of your message. No analytics or tracking cookies run on this site.
How it's used
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to Fran by Formspree, the form provider, and are also retained in Formspree's dashboard for the practice's records. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.
How long it's kept
Enquiry details are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. You may request deletion at any time by emailing psychologist@franamar.co.za.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to correct it, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email psychologist@franamar.co.za.
